Adriana Rivera Figueroa

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Adriana relocated to Florida after Hurricane Maria in search of new opportunities. She now lives in St. Cloud with her husband, Luis Gabriel, and their two wonderful children, Emmalee and Adrian Gabriel. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes time spent with her loved ones—especially her parents, sister, brother-in-law, and nieces.

Adriana brings over a decade of experience in marketing and leadership, having spent 14 years in the aviation industry. In recent years, she transitioned into the field of education, where she has flourished in both operational and mission-driven roles within Catholic schools. Her background combines strategic communication with a deep understanding of school culture, family engagement, and values-based messaging.

Since entering the education field, Adriana has successfully led initiatives that strengthen school communities and highlight the unique mission of Catholic education. Her work has centered around building strong relationships, creating impactful messaging, and supporting the formation of students beyond the classroom.

Now, as a part of Cristo Rey Orlando, Adriana is excited to bring her passion, purpose, and dedication to our mission. She looks forward to serving our community and helping shape the next generation with care, faith, and vision.
