Antonio Small

Antonio is a dedicated leader and mentor originally from Grenada, Mississippi, who has been serving the Orlando, Florida community for the past three years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Music, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership.

With over a decade of experience in higher education, Antonio has served in a variety of impactful roles, including Academic Advisor, Admissions Recruiter, Program Coordinator, and Career Services Professional at several colleges and universities across the Southeast. His diverse background also includes experience in the healthcare sector, where he worked in both behavioral health and administrative roles. Additionally, Antonio has contributed to the nonprofit sector as a Career Coach and Case Manager, further expanding his commitment to service and community impact.

At the heart of Antonio’s work is a deep passion for empowering young people. He is committed to being an exceptional mentor, leader, and advocate who equips the next generation with the guidance, resources, and support needed to succeed. Through intentional leadership and meaningful engagement, Antonio strives to inspire positive change, foster personal and professional growth, and help build stronger, more connected communities.
