Karlye Martorelli
Believing that every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their God-given potential, Karlye B. Martorelli is deeply committed to serving the youth and families of Central Florida. As Vice President of Advancement at Cristo Rey Orlando High School, she brings a relationship-centered approach to building partnerships that open doors for students to grow academically, professionally, spiritually, and emotionally.
As a native Floridian and mother of four, Karlye's connection to Cristo Rey Orlando's mission is personal. During a season of great loss, her own faith-based education became a source of strength, hope, and stability, an experience that ignites her passion for a school where faith is woven into everyday life and students are nurtured as whole persons.
Having built her career on one guiding principle, empowering others to succeed, Karlye spent more than 20 years in business leadership before feeling called into mission-driven work, developing an entrepreneurial mindset and deep commitment to people-centered cultures rooted in authenticity, integrity, and purpose.
While earning her Executive MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, Karlye completed a Certificate in Nonprofit Management through the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership. Most recently, she served as Director of Development at United Against Poverty before joining Cristo Rey Orlando as Vice President of Advancement.
Karlye believes God places us where our gifts, passions, and purpose can make a meaningful impact, and she is honored to have found that place at Cristo Rey Orlando.
