Cristo Rey Orlando is thrilled to introduce Mariel Molina, our Founding Leadership Instructor who brings over 15 years of educational experience to our team!

Mariel's journey through education spans from Pre-K to middle school, but it was her impactful work as an AVID Elective Teacher and Program Coordinator that truly shaped her approach to leadership development. There, she mastered teaching students essential life skills—goal-setting strategies, public speaking confidence, and the power of team building.

In her role, Mariel will equip students with the tools to become leaders everywhere they go—in school, their workplace, within their families, peer groups, and communities. Her vision extends beyond classroom walls; she's committed to helping students discover the potential God has placed within them and to model themselves after Christ, our ultimate servant leader.
