Joe Morse

Joe has worked for over 28 years in the healthcare industry, delivering patient-centric business and technology solutions.  Currently, Joe serves as CEO of OutcomeRx, an insurance company providing coverage to payors and other risk bearing entities for members to receive cell and gene therapy (CGT) treatments at credentialed Centers of Excellence.

In 2006, Joe co-founded Therigy, LLC and served as President & CEO, overseeing its consulting and technology business for pharmacies, payors, and manufacturers. Prior to leading Therigy, he held the position of Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at the Aetna Specialty Pharmacy. Previously he served as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development with Priority Healthcare, where he applied his managed care expertise. Joe began his career at Accenture as a Manager in the Health Services Practice working with national and regional health plans on strategy, technology and managed care initiatives.

Joe received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida where he met his wife, Kristin, who received a PharmD degree.  They were married at the Annunciation Catholic Church and have two children: Jacob (20), a sophomore at the University of Florida, and Caroline (13), an eighth grader at The First Academy.  Joe’s heart for student ministry has been shaped over the past seven years as a small group leader at First Baptist Orlando as well as establishing scholarships for high school students in Orlando and undergraduate students at the University of Florida.
