Teresa Mairn

Teresa Mairn is a purpose-driven executive serving AdventHealth for more than 20 years, holding various roles in strategy, business development and marketing. Currently, Teresa is the executive director of strategic partnerships and innovation, where she leads a dedicated team providing direction for AdventHealth’s partnerships, alliances and emerging products.

She is passionate about building long-term relationships with major brands to create new initiatives that positively mpact the community. Teresa was instrumental in the development of the renewed alliance with Walt Disney World Resort creating a health ecosystem for guests on vacation and an elevated pediatric experience to ease anxiety and promote healing at AdventHealth for Children; the partnership with the Orlando Magic to extend the lifetime of
Orlando Magic athletes on the court through sports science and predictive analytics and a destination sports medicine and performance facility at the AdventHealth Training Center; and the partnership with the Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts where she helps to lead the development of programs and research focused on the intersection between the performing arts and healing.

Teresa is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communications. In her free time, she and her husband Chris can be found in the stands or on the sideline cheering on their four children Kate, Eva, Cole and Will.
