Create Your Aktivate Account
All parents and guardians must create an Aktivate account. Aktivate is the secure online athletic registration and sports clearance platform used by Cristo Rey Orlando High School. It allows families to upload required athletic forms, track their student's eligibility status, and receive notification once all documents have been reviewed and approved.
After creating your account, download and complete the athletic packet, then upload all required documents directly to Aktivate. Please do not mail, email, or drop off paperwork at the school. All athletic forms must be submitted through the Aktivate platform for clearance.
Athletic Participation Requirements
All students planning to participate in athletics at Cristo Rey Orlando High School must complete the required athletic packet before they are eligible to practice or compete. The packet includes FHSAA required forms, medical evaluations, NFHS course certificates, and athletic clearance instructions. Please review all requirements carefully and complete each step by the required deadlines to ensure a smooth clearance process.
