Who We Are

Cristo Rey Orlando High School is located in Orlando, FL, and will be part of the national Cristo Rey Network. The school will open its doors to its inaugural freshmen class in the fall of 2025. Like all Cristo Rey schools, it will be a Catholic, college preparatory high school for students of all faiths from families of limited financial means. The school will be co-educational and will serve students of diverse backgrounds. We will help our students grow intellectually, academically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, and morally. Our aspiration is that all our students graduate from high school and college and become the future leaders in our churches, institutions, businesses, nonprofits, and the community at large.

This Role


The Associate Director of Corporate Work Study Program supports the day-to-day operations of the CWSP. The position is responsible for supporting client services delivery to ensure the successful operation and continuous improvement of the program. The Associate Director will lead the contracting process including creating, tracking, and ensuring contract completion. This position will ensure the logistics of the program operate smoothly including transportation While primarily focused on internal operations, the Associate Director will also serve as a key point of contact with the business community, alongside the Vice President of CWSP. This individual will manage the client relationship manager and work closely with external partners. The Associate Director reports directly to the Vice President of CWSP.



Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensure a customer-focused approach by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, prioritizing responsiveness, accuracy, and effective communication.
  • Oversees, in collaboration with CWSP staff, regular and timely communication and resources to support student workers and clients.
  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive student culture, one thatemphasizes both an appropriate level of student accountability and a pervasive sense of respect for all students.
  • Lead the contracting process including creating and sending contracts, following up, and transmitting billing information to the business office for invoicing.
  • Use tools like Salesforce and WorkStudy Force to track placements, manage employer interactions, and evaluate program metrics.
  • Support the design and implementation of matching students and employers.
  • Actively contribute to training initiatives, including the Crown’s Scholars Program.
  • Supervisor training, and other Corporate Work Study Program sessions.
  • Support the cultivation of new partners through direct outreach, networking events, and other methods.
  • Participates in strategic-level discussions on the program with leadership
  • Oversee daily student check-in and close-out process
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff on all student-related issues
  • Be the face of the organization at some external events and during new-partner recruitment when the VP is not there
  • Responsible for the safe and timely transportation of student workers to client sites.
  • Supervising the effective client placement of student workers and associated worknschedules.
  • Accountable for maintaining compliance with all legal, safety and employment requirements (Federal, State, and local) for the work study program, as well as employment agreements with clients.
  • Supports engagement with the Cristo Rey Network, including participation at CWSP-specific gatherings and the Annual Meeting and responding to routine and periodic requests for program specific data.

Required Qualifications

  •  Commitment to the Mission and Values of Cristo Rey Orlando
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively in a rigorous workplace environment.
  • Management experience and working with youth a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in analyzing program metrics and generating reports.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in program management, client relations, youth development, or a related area

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in program management, client relations, or youth development. Familiarity with education systems and workforce programs is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data management, and program evaluation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and inspire teams, including working with high school-aged students in professional settings.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships, workforce development, or internship programs that align with educational goals.
  • Skills in evaluating program metrics and generating reports to improve performance and ensure compliance
  • Understanding of federal and state labor laws and safety requirements related to student work programs.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. The salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, long-term disability insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a 5% employer matching contribution. Benefits will begin the month following your date of hire. Applicants should be prepared to provide references upon request.
