Russ Allinson

Mr. Allinson is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of progressive managerial experience in many areas of pharmacy and healthcare operations. Mr. Allinson received his BS in Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MS in Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University. He completed an administrative/clinical residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital. In addition, he has completed many executive courses in Hospital Administration, Quality Management, Finance, Purchasing and Inventory Control.

During his career, Mr. Allinson has held numerous senior management positions in hospital pharmacy, hospital administration and specialty pharmacy. He was Co-founder, CEO and Executive Chairman of Therigy a specialty pharmaceutical consulting and health care informatics company.

Mr. Allinson is a member of the Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society and received the Alumni of the Year award from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy in 1996; the Jack L. Beal Post baccalaureate Award from The Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy in 2008; the Pharmacy Times Next Generation Pharmacist Technology Innovator award for 2016; and the Clifton J. Latiolais Award from The Ohio State University, College of Pharmacy in 2021. He is the author of Drug Abuse: Why it Happens and How To Prevent It.

Mr. Allinson is active in his parish serving on several committees and ministries. In addition, he served as Chair of the Cristo Rey Orlando Feasibility Study. He and his wife Amy are the proud parents of 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
