Cristo Rey Orlando High School empowers students to be both college-ready and career prepared through our signature Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP). At the heart of a Cristo Rey education, CWSP places every student in a professional job one day each week, for all four years of high school. 

Through this innovative model, Corporate Partners invest in our students' education while helping them to build workplace skills, confidence, and prepare for success in college and beyond. At the same time, our Corporate Partners benefit from motivated Student Associates who contribute meaningful work and help build a more diverse and prepared future workforce.

Since its founding in Chicago more than 20 years ago, the Corporate Work Study Program has grown into a national network of 41 schools and 3,400 corporate partners, all united by one mission: empowering students to achieve their fullest potential.
